The Business Services Manager will cultivate, establish and maintain business member relationships for Point Loma Credit Union while meeting or exceeding defined goals.
Must be able to maximize credit union revenues by promoting credit union loans, products, and services to potential and current business members, while ensuring that the credit union remains compliant with all guidelines and applicable laws as they pertain to business services.
Should assure profitability of the business services segment by meeting targeted goals as well as managing assigned budget guidelines.
Will take a leadership role in attaining credit union goals for business loans, services and accounts, including small business loans, in an evolving environment.
The Business Services Manager will form and maintain successful internal partnerships with branch and other personnel.
The Business Services Manager will work with and serve all PLCU branches throughout San Diego County.
Minimum Requirements:
A solid, prior proven history of business services development or closely related strengths.
The ability to “hit the ground running” while implementing ideas for obtaining business services members.
Knowledge of San Diego County business and organizational contacts.
Financial Industry experience, preferable within the credit union movement.
Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable.
Flexible and adaptable aptitude, able to function as an autonomous self starter.
Proven track record for business development, cultivation and production.
Special Instructions: This position is based out of our Kearny Mesa (San Diego) Headquarters.
